22 Jul Coffee Roaster Installation at a Wooden Cafe in Ulsan – SUG-06
I came to Ulsan to install a roaster.
Today’s machine is the SUG 06 kg.

This was a cafe where you could feel the owner’s devotion and passion; the owner had personally done the entire interior in wood.
Because the owner is so handy, I was even more careful while installing the machine, and after installation I thoroughly checked with a spirit level that it was level in every direction.
SIEBENSTER offers roasting machines in two styles, the SP style and the SUG style, and
the SUG style suits the feel of a wooden space much better. The SP has a clean, sleek elegance, whereas
the SUG machine has a masculine, mechanical charm.
Also, with the controller attached to the side like that, it gives off a Petroncini-like (?) feel. In its own way, it looks like an all-in-one machine, doesn’t it?

I wrapped up the installation of the SUG, whose mechanical character pairs so well with a lever machine, and headed home.

On the way back from the installation, I met an old army buddy who lives in Ulsan, had mulhoe (chilled raw fish soup), and recharged at a cafe by the beach.
Little pleasures like this make me forget the fatigue.
As the poet Shin Kyung-nim said, even good-for-nothings are in high spirits just seeing each other’s faces.
I am very grateful to the owner, who tested our still-young SIEBENSTER and chose it right away.
If anything about it troubles you while you are using it, I promise to come running at any time. Wishing you great success!
