13 Mar 6 kg Coffee Roaster Installation at Ednos Natta Obika in Gunpo

We installed a SIEBENSTER 6 kg roaster at Natta Obika in Gunpo, a cafe famous for its egg tarts.

Because it is a hot spot that is always packed with customers, they asked for a weekend installation.

We usually avoid weekend installations, but for SIEBENSTER it is totally doable!!

We will always show up to meet our customers’ needs.

And it is not just installation: we also handle after-sales service as quickly as possible, day or night, weekdays or weekends.

As requested, we headed out for the installation in the afternoon!

After finishing all the testing and preparation, we set out from Paju for Gunpo.

They had previously used only a small electric roaster, so everything from gas installation to ducting had to be set up, and we visited in advance, before the purchase.

As expected, the atmosphere is completely different when you visit at night and when you visit during the day.

It is a cafe where the combination of white and yellow gives a very fresh impression.

Here is the interior. Even though it is a spacious shop, the interior is not stiff and has a charming, cozy feel.

The installation was finished quickly.

After thinking about the layout for a long time with the owner, we placed the SIEBENSTER roaster so that it is plainly visible – bam! – as soon as you walk in through the entrance.

White with gold is a perfect match for an interior done in white and yellow!

On the models introduced in 2024, we changed all the openings to a boltless, magnetic one-touch type.

After all, when it is easy to open, you are more inclined to clean it!

If you look at the controller, an auto-cooling function has been added next to the power button at the bottom~

We attached a remote to the controller so that you can check right away the values of the inverters that control the speed of the drum and the cyclone.

This model currently comes with a thermometer mounted on the cyclone.

The thermocouple (thermometer) is connected to the side of the cyclone as in the photo above,

and it connects to the internal power distribution neatly in a switching type, as in the photo above.

On SIEBENSTER roasters of 6 kg and larger, you can choose either an air pressure gauge or a cyclone thermometer!

And of course, it is a standard option!
