28 Aug Coffee Roaster Installation at Coffee Voice, a Popular Spot in Songdo, Busan

When Coffee Voice first contacted us, they said Songdo, and I assumed they meant Songdo in Incheon.

But it turns out there is a Songdo in Busan too~

From Paju in the far north of Korea to Songdo in the far south~ I’m happy to make the trip haha

The sea is so beautiful~

That feeling that is unique to Busan.

I love it.

I arrived early in the morning and took a photo in front of the cafe, looking out at the sea.

The cafe sits right in front of the sea, so the view is wonderful.

It may be nice from a tourist’s point of view, but for those who have actually settled down here to do business, it does not seem to be quite so.

I heard that the reason they decided to change their roaster was tremendous damage from a typhoon, including roads being destroyed and soil washing into the entire building.

Since it is right in front of the Songdo Cable Car entrance, there are lots of tourists and foreigners, and I thought the commercial area was really great, but…

Hearing about that damage, I am reminded once again that everything has its pros and cons.

Because the site was still under construction, the installation was very simple.

We simply lowered it onto the terrace with a lift and pushed it in — done~!

Once the position was set, we connected the cyclone to the main body.

After finishing all the connections, we ran a test.

At the factory, SIEBENSTER runs every test before shipping and does a test batch.

This includes testing for gas leaks. Of course, this work is done before the Korea Gas Safety Corporation certificate is received, but it is routine.

Then, once installation is complete, we run a leak test once more.

Because you never know what changes the vibration of a long-distance trip might cause.

Since this is gas equipment, this part has to be done more thoroughly than anything else.

Since I come to Busan often,

I stop by Coffee Voice once on every visit before heading back.

Now that all the preparations are done, the atmosphere is very settled.

The second-floor hall has a very upscale atmosphere. Seeing the sea spread out like a painting through the wide windows feels like giving your soul a rest.

For the roaster, we replaced the control panel with a black one.

After all, color consistency is important.

Black seems to suit the gold-finish model really well.

I taste their coffee every time I visit, and they seem to have set their profiles really well.

The Kenya-based dark-roast blend is really delicious.

If you come to Songdo for a visit, it is a place you absolutely must stop by~! Coffee Voice is a super-strong recommendation!

They are a flagship user of our SIEBENSTER roasters.

After finishing the whole schedule, looking at the night sea~

Time for grilled clams.

Traveling all over the country for this work — moments like this are when I really love it~

For roasters, it’s SIEBENSTER!

Call us, and we will serve you wholeheartedly! And with our best effort, we promise the fastest service, day or night, weekday or weekend. ^^*
