We have installed a SIEBENSTER 3 kg roaster at 193CM Cafe in Dobong-gu, Seoul.

Before purchasing, the owner and spouse visited our factory together for a testing session.

They were satisfied with the test results and decided to buy.

When we first met, I was amazed at how tall the owner was.

Honestly, I had never seen anyone this tall in real life.

Standing in front of the owner, I kept feeling smaller and smaller… haha

When I asked about the height, I was told it was 193 cm.

Later, when we signed the contract, I asked for the business name, and the answer, 193CM, left a strong impression on me.

Great name, isn’t it?

Once you visit and taste the coffee the owner brews for you, I think it matches the name so perfectly that it will leave an unforgettable impression.

When we walked into the cafe for the installation, it had the calm feel of a book cafe.

The book selection is outstanding, with a distinctly humanities-focused feel.

Even though it is a 3 kg model, it is a clever little machine equipped with every option needed for roasting.

The Easyster 1.8 the cafe had been using was moved out of the way for the installation.

Now that the installation is finished, it is back in its place.
