28 Aug SIEBENSTER Coffee Roaster Installation in Jinju

We installed a SIEBENSTER SP 3 kg model and a SUG 12 kg model in Jinju.

SIEBENSTER roasters are produced in a total of 4 combinations: black or white paint, with silver or gold metal parts.

Those are the standard options, of course, but if you would like a specific color, we can paint the roaster in it for a color-matching fee, or build a custom unit in a pre-matched color close to the one you want.

Customization is not limited to color: whatever features or sizes you may want, we can do it all except what can’t be done, haha.

It also goes well with the Dismoger in black.

The 1 kg and 3 kg models are currently released only in a low-profile version that includes a shelf.

After all, for a shop roaster, maximizing the use of space matters more.

That is why we would appreciate your understanding that the 1 kg and 3 kg models, the ones roasteries ask for most, come only as shelf-type models.

Of course, the shelf is included as standard at no extra charge.

This is the SUG-12 model.

Even at 12 kg, it is impossible to load green coffee directly without a platform to stand on, so the customer purchased it together with a green coffee conveyor.

Isn’t the SUG model’s hefty hopper impressive?

The green coffee conveyor also comes with 2 options.

The first is the suction unit option. There is a type that attaches to the machine and uses a dedicated motor and filter, and there is also a method that uses a vacuum cleaner.

In terms of usability, the vacuum cleaner method is judged to be better.

The other is that you can choose the conveying pipe. As you can see in the photo, you can choose either a rubber hose or a metal pipe. The rubber hose has the advantage of easy length and position adjustment, while the metal pipe offers an aesthetic advantage.

The sturdy-looking SUG-12 model can produce 40 kg in 4 batches per hour, and when run at full capacity for 8 hours a day, it can produce 320 kg.

Based on 20 days a month, that comes to 6 tonnes of production.

That makes it the best value-for-money machine for use in a roasted-bean factory.

It also comes standard with an air pressure gauge, so the convective airflow can be controlled consistently according to batch size.
